Sofía Chellew, BS in Business Administration, University of Maryland, with 20 years of experience creating and running investor relations programs for multiple Latin American companies listed in local markets and on NYSE. Created and ran the investor relations program for Embotelladora Andina in Chile (Coca-Cola bottler). Has led IR departments at Telefónica Chile (largest telecommunications company in Chile, and part of Telefónica Spain), Arcos Dorados (world´s largest McDonald’s franchise, with presence in over 20 countries throughout Latin America) and GeoPark (junior Oil & Gas company in Latam). Hands-on experience in successful IPO's, M&A transactions, and regulated industries, among others. She has developed a strong network of contacts in local and international investment community.
Giuliana Gorrini, Commercial Engineer, University of Chile, with over 20 years of experience in the financial sector executing valuations, risk ratings and company recommendations, in addition to sector analysis of various industries. She has managed multi-currency corporate investment portfolios in challenging environments, managing currency risk for multinationals in Chile together with debt issuance and restructurings. Led successful communication strategies for financial markets and financial media, as well as designing and executing investor events locally and in the field in various countries in Latin America as well as events at the NYSE. Giuliana has held executive positions at Chase Manhattan Bank, Econsult (Fitch rating agency in Chile), and Embotelladora Andina.
